@Tenoch, it's saying that in order to run it needs a certain package
installed first. To install it, just run this command:

   sudo apt-get install python-launchpadlib

(and then answer "Y" when it asks you if you want to install the
packages). After you have installed this package, please try the apport-
collect command again.
