You do not need to fiddle with the source code, as Martin is trying to
tell you, that is for the developers.

This is what you need to do:

Go to this location to find the compited patch just ready to install:

/+listing-archive-extra

Select the right one for your computer under the heading "Package Files". For my HP 2133, I of course chose:
xserver-xorg-video-openchrome_0.2.903+svn713-1ubuntu2~ppa3_i386.deb (181.7 KiB)

The download program asked if I wanted the patch installed to which I
answered yes.

After installation you need to reboot for the patch to take effect.

That should hopefully work, it certainly did on my HP2133.
