Message #03855
[Bug 381493] [NEW] i945 (dell d430) karmic random hard freeze/lockup
You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Since upgrading to karmic I am experiencing regular, random, hard
freeze/lockups. Mouse remains functional, but keyboard isn't; ACPI keys
to trigger suspend/resume don't work, hitting the power button doesn't
either (triggers a disk read, but doesn't pop up the dialog). I haven't
been in a position to ssh in and see if X can be killed yet. CTRL-ALT-FN
arenon-functional as well.
** Affects: xorg (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: Incomplete
