Hi,

The following is from a 3m MicroTouch  touchscreen with USB controller. 
Controller model is: "3M MicroTouch™ EX II Series Controller". 
 
3m has a proprietary driver for this at: http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/3MTouchSystems/TS/CustomerSupport/TouchDrivers/
