thanks for response.

i updated everything using Bryce Harrington's PPA. 
i see no improvements in glxgears FPS, but now it does not occupy  cpu anymore.
well i know that glxgears is not a benchmark, but it is still impossible to play any 3D games.

compiz works quite well except some horizontal distortions when moving
windows or desktop cube.

anyway thanks for your work guys!
