i have already fixed the problem by adding that code to Xorg.conf

Section "Monitor"
        Identifier      "Configured Monitor"
        HorizSync       aa-bb
        VertRefresh     cc-dd
EndSection


AS.....

        HorizSync       30-70
        VertRefresh     50-150
