I just tried installing this
xorg-driver-fglrx_8.620-0ubuntu1~jaunty_amd64.deb<https://edge.launchpad.net/%7Exorg-edgers/+archive/ppa/+files/xorg-driver-fglrx_8.620-0ubuntu1%7Ejaunty_amd64.deb>and
received this output:
