oh, wait so, you're saying that, they released it, but, ubuntu wont
support it? NOW THEY WONT SUPPORT THEM, FIRST IT WAS VIA THAT WOULDNT
SUPPORT LINUX WITH THE REAL DRIVERS... THEN THEY WRITE THEM, THEN THEY
WRITE A NEW UPDATED 2D AND 3D DRIVER, AND STILL NO GO... AND NOW UBUNTU
WONT SUPPORT THEIR STUFF, THIS HAS BEEN RIDICULOUS FOR ME... I'LL HAVE
TO FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LOOK FOR SOME ASSISTANCE THEN WONT I.

I HOPE UBUNTU TEN IS GOING TO SUPPORT IT FULLY, WITH VIA'S REAL 2D AND
3D COMPIZ ABLE DRIVERS. SHEEEEEEESSHHH. UNTILL THEN I'LL JUST HAVE TO
KEEP WORKING AT GETTING THE REAL DRIVER TO WORK, IM PRETTY SURE ITS THE
XORG THAT IT GENERATES UPON INSTALLATION... HMPH.

cannot get official via driver for s3 unichrome pro cn700 for ubuntu 8.10 intrepid to work with it!
