I do not think this bug is with the 180 driver even though it
classification has just been changed.. I have tried all the available
nvidia driver available through the ubuntu hardware manager. I have also
tried the 185 beta driver. That said it may be an issue with all the
nvidia graphics driver.

Another thing to note is that I did not have to issue with fedora using
the same linux kernel version.
