[Bug 711296] Re: package xserver-xorg-core 2:1.9.0.902-1ubuntu4 failed to install/upgrade: installing xserver-xorg-core would break existing software
I'm getting
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
xserver-xorg-video-tseng : Depends: xorg-video-abi-9.0
Depends: xserver-xorg-core (>= 2:1.9.99.901+git20110131.be3be758) but 2:1.9.0.902-1ubuntu4 is installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.
whilst:
jens@morpheus:~$ apt-cache policy xserver-xorg-core
xserver-xorg-core:
Installed: 2:1.9.0.902-1ubuntu4
Candidate: 2:1.9.99.901+git20110131.be3be758-0ubuntu1
Version table:
2:1.9.99.901+git20110131.be3be758-0ubuntu1 0
500 http://be.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ natty/main amd64 Packages
*** 2:1.9.0.902-1ubuntu4 0
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
using http://be.archive.ubuntu.com.
should I wait untill this resolves itself, or use the -f option, since the dependencie is available...
