It was very confusing, multiple dialogue boxes and I kept just pressing
'Report problem' on all of them until I got this bug report (I think the
other reports were the same as this).

The errors appeared after a reboot, the system has been freezing
randomly with 11.04, but in this instance I cannot remember whether the
reboot was simply because of a kernel update or because I had to hard
reset.
I'll leave the bug status as 'Incomplete' for now, since I'm not sure of
the details. Next time it happens I'll record exactly what happens and
re-open.
