[Bug 360767] Re: compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV in intel_tex_map_level_images()

 

Hmm, this sounds like a bug that got solved in the version of X we
include in Karmic.  Please re-test a Karmic livecd to see if it is still
an issue in the newer code.  CD ISOs can be found at
http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/releases/karmic/.  Testing Alpha-2 or newer
should probably be sufficient.

  This happened after activating both shift window switcher and blur
  effects. The system froze for a few seconds on window switching, then
  desktop effects were gone.
  
  This may affect compiz and/or xserver-xorg-video-intel, not sure...
