I think there should be an apport crash file in /var/crash/ with the
words gpu error in the file name.  If you were to run 'apport-cli - c
/var/crash/ ' and that file name we might receive more information in
the terminal regarding what the error is.  With regards to apport and
proxies I believe that bug has already been reported.  You can search
for it using the following url:
