[Bug 724229] Re: Missing Package in Pool to install evtouch package

Thanks for reporting this issue and making Ubuntu better.

I get the same error messages when attempting to install this package on
Ubuntu Natty. I have included the English version of the error messages
below.

$ sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-input-evtouch
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable

or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
xserver-xorg-input-evtouch : Depends: xorg-input-abi-11.0 but it is not installable

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree

Package xorg-input-abi-11.0 is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'xorg-input-abi-11.0' has no installation candidate
