[Bug 732066] [NEW] Switching from Norwegian to Germany keyboard layout doesn't effect '<>'-button

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

To reproduce:
1. Make Norway default keyboard layout.
2. Have Germany next on list
3. Select Germany from list

The Germany layout should change the characters on the <>-button to:
<>|¦
but the Norway layout:
<>½¾
is kept for _that_ button.

(Other keys are remapped correctly)
