[Bug 730877] Re: ctl-460: cursor gets stuck
exact same problem here.
I use the packages xserver-xorg-input-wacom and wacom-dkms from
ppa:doctormo/wacom-plus for some months without problems on Lucid.
updates came
grep -i wacom -R /var/log/dpkg.log
2011-03-03 19:59:48 upgrade xserver-xorg-input-wacom 1:0.10.6-0ubuntu6 1:0.10.11-0ubuntu7
2011-03-13 19:42:42 upgrade wacom-dkms 0.8.8-0ubuntu3 0.8.10.2-1ubuntu1
I hadn't used the table for a while, so I don't know when it stopped working.
I noticed the problem only today
Like for Chris, downgrading xserver-xorg-input-wacom to
1:0.10.5-0ubuntu4 (lucid) solved it.
so now
dpkg -l | grep wacom
ii wacom-dkms 0.8.10.2-1ubuntu1 Wacom kernel driver in DKMS format
ii xserver-xorg-input-wacom 1:0.10.5-0ubuntu4 X.Org X server -- Wacom input driver
I've just pinned xserver-xorg-input-wacom until the bug gets resolved
and a new version put on the ppa
