After a little discussion, it seemed to be a kernel bug in it's origin(thanks to ~simar),
so if you please can run: 'sudo evtest /dev/input/event8 > evtest.log'
Note: it won't show you what's happening, it'll just save it, try to move your finger on the touchpad normally, I mean without excessive pressure.
You may need to install evtest first: sudo apt-get install evtest
