Message #115594
[Bug 742194] Re: GPU lockup
[ 12.649270] i915 0000:00:02.0: BAR 6: can't assign [??? 0x00000000 flags 0x0] (bogus alignment)
[ 12.649277] [drm] failed to find VBIOS tables
[ 12.659687] vgaarb: device changed decodes: PCI:0000:01:00.0,olddecodes=io+mem,decodes=io+mem:owns=io+mem
[ 12.660339] [drm] initialized overlay support
[ 12.685838] render error detected, EIR: 0x00000010
[ 12.685838] [drm:i915_report_and_clear_eir] *ERROR* EIR stuck: 0x00000010, masking
[ 12.685838] render error detected, EIR: 0x00000010
That's a second problem... this is the gpu lockup that triggered this
bug report. Unfortunately due to the previous error it failed to
collect actionable data in this case.
[ 12.709414] No connectors reported connected with modes
[ 12.709422] [drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes - going 1024x768
...and that's a third problem. But wtf, haven't seen an error of this
style before. Can't find crtcs?
