It is still an issue in 10.10

I only noticed it when I recently switched from VGA to DVI though. My
monitor goes off and on randomly, as said by other people it seems to
happen when there is some user activity (like scrolling in a webpage).

Please let me know what kind of report is need to provide useful
information.
