Hi Andres,

I can't tell from the logs if it is a dupe, but I posted a fix to a
vaguely similar issue (bug #747205) to this PPA:

I've a hunch that fix might help with this one too, would you mind
installing that package and testing?  Test it with the setup you
describe in comment #16 first; it sounds like there may be a separate
issue when total horiz res is >4096 so test that type of config only
once the single-external-monitor case works.
