[Bug 723490] [NEW] Changing appearance prefs [sandybridge] GPU lockup 6a4dbb62 (IPEHR: 0x78170003) crashes when reporting

Once in the morning, once in the evening.  When reporting errors, I get errors.  Up until the latest update/upgrade, I haven't been able to report at all.  Reporting still buggy.
