[Bug 312068] [NEW] Numeric keyboard Ubuntu 8.10 HP nx6110

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Numeric keyboard with Fn key fail: Instead of numbers I get scrolling
functions (insert, home, end....). But with NumBlock it works as
expected. Decimal and operations always work fine.

Spain/Spanish keyboard.

According to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/HotkeyResearch:

Manufacurer: Hewlett-Packard
Product name: HP Compaq nx6110 (PY500ET#ABE)
Version: F.0B

Using xev for hotkey.

WITHOUT NUMBLOCK
0. Number 0 expected with Fn+M, got nothing, Keycode 90 KP_Insert. Fn+Cap+M does 'Paste' in Kubuntu, but correctly types number 0 in Ubuntu. Insert key itself is not working in Kubuntu.
1. Number 1 expected with Fn+J, got 'End', Keycode 87 KP_End. Fn+Cap+J correctly types number 1.
2. Number 2 expected with Fn+K, got 'Down', Keycode 88 KP_Down. Fn+Cap+K correctly types number 2.
3. Number 3 expected with Fn+L, got 'Next', Keycode 89 KP_Next. Fn+Cap+L correctly types number 3.
4. Number 4 expected with Fn+U got 'Left', Keycode 83 KP_Left. Fn+Cap+U correctly types number 4.
5. Number 5 expected with Fn+I, got nothing, Keycode 84 KP_Begin. Fn+Cap+I correctly types number 5.
6. Number 6 expected with Fn+O, got 'Next', Keycode 85 KP_Right. Fn+Cap+O correctly types number 6.
7. Number 7 expected with Fn+7, got 'Next', Keycode 79 KP_Home. Fn+Cap+7 correctly types number 7.
8. Number 8 expected with Fn+8, got 'Next', Keycode 80 KP_Up. Fn+Cap+8 correctly types number 8.
9. Number 9 expected with Fn+9, got 'Next', Keycode 81 KP_Prior. Fn+Cap+9 correctly types number 9.
