After a time (short or long, it's depend) and when you have opening a lot of windows, it's impossible to reach the others windows.
The only solution it's to close each window, one by one, disconnect and reconnect.
I already have the problem with ubuntu 10.04. I have recently install the 10.10 but the problem persist.
