5-after left mouse click at lower right side of desktop-not on panel-
then-a right click in centre screen-IMG_4911.JPG

mouse clicks seem to cause display to appear.
then try one  (left) mouse click at lower right side of screen. (not on panel)

most of the desktop becomes illuminated.
(dark band at centre is camera exposure effect only)
