Can you attach the output of xrandr --verbose from Maverick when it's
working.  I'd like to see the /var/log/Xorg.0.log from that case as
well.

Also, on natty please turn on drm debugging.  You can do this using the
xdiagnose utility, it's the first checkbox in the dialog.  Reboot and
then reproduce the bug, and then run 'dmesg > dmesg.txt' and attach it
to this bug report.
