[Bug 742673] Re: after upgrade to natty, X only sees external USB keyboard/mouse
Hmm, your CurrentDmesg.txt is quite thick with kernel input error
messages. E.g.:
[14353.599648] /build/buildd/linux-2.6.35/drivers/hid/usbhid/hid-core.c: can't reset device, 0000:00:1a.0-1.2.2/input0, status -71

I'm tempted to blame this on a flaky kernel leaving the keyboard in some
inconsistent state. We haven't had any other reports like this; is it
possible you'd been testing a development kernel or package with a bug
that got corrected after the update? Given no one else seemed to run
into it, maybe we can close this report out?
