[Bug 384047] Re: [i965] on resume from suspend, X restarts (UXA bug)

I have the same problem with a 32bit Jaunty installation (upgraded from intrepid), with the latest stable 2.7.1 intel drivers and uxa from x-swat. I also tried the 2.6.30 kernel with the 2.7.1 drivers/uxa, same problem there. Not always, more like in 80% of the cases.
Just tried the 32bit latest alpha (live CD) and tested the procedure of Geir described above. However the resume worked fine (using the intel drivers from the x-swat again, but now in a live CD environment). Do I need to install Karmic alpha to test more thoroughly?
I also suspended with the mem > /sys/power/state command, but usually when things do not work, I suspend with the gnome menu. I'll try that later.
