Hi,
this bug is not siple reproducable. It needs to actively using using
the system for long time and see if it happend. Unfortunatelly i don't
use the notebook with maverick anymore. I'll try to upgrade and test
it, but i am not sure if i can deduce anything from such short aimed
using of system
