That's good to hear.  The performance increase is probably due to the
implementation of Radeon KMS page-flipping in the 2.6.38 kernel used by
Natty.

Bear in mind that it is not a good idea to confirm your own bugs.

I'm marking this bug as Fix Released.  Feel free to reopen if you are
still seeing similar video performance problems.  (Bear in mind that
Jaunty was not using KMS, and I'm not sure whether it used compiz or
not, so in a way your CPU may have been holding you back until the
Radeon KMS page-flipping was implemented).
