Same issue here: I am using now PCLinuxOS and I am experiencing the same
problem, screen flickers por 5 seconds or so (flashing) and then goes
back to normality. By the way It is happening to me since 260.44 (my GPU
is a Nvidia 8400GS 512MB RAM)
