Reverting to 170 is not an option for me as the Nvidia kernel module
will not load since the Natty upgrade to kernel 2.6.38.8.

I have to run Nvidia 270.41.06 provided directly from Nvidia just to get
X to load and arrive at a desktop.

Like others, resizing the window (smaller) does help to get the affected
windows to refresh.
