Running xprop and clicking on the affected area yields only:

_NET_WM_ALLOWED_ACTIONS(ATOM) = _NET_WM_ACTION_ABOVE,
_NET_WM_ACTION_BELOW


Running xkill and clicking on the affected area does nothing.
