Sorry if i disturb, but the above mentioned errors, if again reported, are meaning that your HD is in a bad state.
I hope that this is just a false positive, but if not you are risking to miss yours data.
I can look at that file for you, simply click on the below button 'Add attachment or patch' and browse into
var -> log -> dmesg
