[Bug 782651] Re: after wakeup from sleep screen goes blank, though the OS is awake
Also seen after recent update in Maverick on a Fujitsu Lifebook C2240
with ATI Radeon IGP 350M. After wakeup from suspend, the screen
backlight is on but screen content is all black except for the cursor
arrow. Arrow can be moved using the touchpad, and changes to a vertical
bar when positioned where the password field would be in the password
dialog.
Doing Alt-Ctrl-F1 to a console and restarting gdm restores the screen to
normal.
This only happens after the first suspend/wakeup after a cold boot.
Subsequent suspend/wakeups are fine.
