Well, strict answer is no, because there is only a workaround (not quite obvious to regular user) but there is no patch that actually fixes this bug.
On the other hand it seems, that people on freedesktop.org bugzilla actually treat this bug as won't-fix.
But preventing nVidia config tool (and maybe other tools) from writing FontPath "unix/:7100" to xorg.conf could also be threated as a "fix" for this bug.
