@Jean, thanks for testing.

I don't see anything in the radeon driver changes that looks like it
obviously fixes the issue, but I've identified a handful that could be
responsible. These commits were introduced between 2.6.39-rc5 and -rc7.
What would be most helpful right now would to be able to state something
like, "version x doesn't work but version x+1 does." At this point I'd
suggest starting with 2.6.39-rc5 through -rc7.
