I found the bug #650539 displaying very similar features to the one I reported despite never being reported for Natty.
I tried the last workaround suggested in comment #151 of this bug :

sudo apt-get remove xfs

And the crashes disappeared. I can now run all the problematic
applications without problem.

Thus, maybe this bug is a duplicate of bug #650539, in this case, it has
reappeared and can now be found in Natty, too.
