I have this issue on a Thinkpad X201i. It happens quite often after
resuming from a suspend; either while I am typing my password to login
or just when I have pressed enter. I get "Fatal server error:
xf86OpenConsole: VT_WAITACTIVE failed: Interrupted system call" in the
Xorg log just before it cuts off; the screen freezes and I can't use the
keyboard to restart X.
