Yes those times correspond to when the system became unresponsive.

Unfortunately I've not found an activity that provokes it more often
than anything else. I'm getting about 1-2 of these per day currently.

I will try using unity2d to see if the events occur there.

As for when it started happening, I can't be more specific than some
time after the 3rd of October.
