Hi Parag,

Thanks for reporting this problem, and attaching the i915_error_state
file as well.  Unfortunately, for whatever reason, in this case the
automated crash reporter didn't capture a valid error state - all the
error codes simply show 0x00000000.

Are you able to reliably reproduce this bug and the symptoms?
