have anyone else noticed the  same issue when you switch users?
I used to get this issue when i suspend/ resumed. 
Its not happening anymore
But just noticed that it also happens when i switch into a guest session and back

I have a nvidia9400M
dpkg tells me unity is version:  4.22.0-0ubuntu3
