Hi Alessandro,

if you have Ubuntu or LinuxMint installed, you can check this via your
Terminal. So open your Terminal and type in this:

lsusb (this lists all usb-devices on your computer; also internals)

lspci (this lists all the pci-devices in your machine)

Then copy&paste these outputs here into this topic and then we can see,
what is wrong with your machine.

Could you please do so?? Thi would be pretty helpful. Thanks in advance,
