[Bug 890912] Re: Xorg freeze after upgrade to Oneiric on Satellite A500 NSKAA

** Description changed:

- Although it works fine with 11.04, the system is unusable with 11.10.
+ Although laptop works fine with 11.04, the system is pretty unusable

- I can start it with bootable disk and you get Unity screen, but then after few seconds it gets corrupted (icons start to disappear) and system crashes. I am attaching picture from screen.

  The only way to start and use this laptop with 11.10 is to pass "acpi=off"
  
  It was also tested with 3.2.0-030200rc2-generic to no avail.
  
  Also card reader works only one. If you unmount SSD card and insert it
  back, system crashes.
