Hi Twig,

Just a few questions. . . . When you applied and tested the patch you
referenced, did you apply and test the patch on a mainline kernel or an
Ubuntu kernel?  The reason I ask is you mentioned in comment #16 that
"The mainline 2.6.31 rc3 kernel worked correctly" which would lead me to
believe this is not a bug in the mainline kernel.  Just to be sure could
you test the latest 2.6.31-rc5 mainline kernel?
