[Bug 817979] [NEW] [bcm5974] annoying random freezes

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

bcm5974 is freezing randomly when used with my touchpad on my MacBook 5,1(native EFI boot).
Sometimes it work after moving cursor 3rd time, sometimes it completly freezes and only reloading kernel module helps.
I looked into system logs, when it freezes - but there is nothing about this.

And yes, it affects Oneiric with kernel 3.0 also. (tested)
