It only happens intermittently, but when I suspend my X220 there is no
display on resume. If I switch to vt 1, I do not see any text, but it
will take a Ctrl-Alt-Del and reboot the machine somewhat cleanly. I'd be
happy to do the apport-collect, but I cannot currently since I am not
the submitter of this bug.
