Thanks for the update Twig.  It seems 2.6.31-6.25 rebased with upstream
2.6.31-rc6, brought in quite a few config changes, and also dropped some
patches.  See https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/ .  Since
you mention the issue now seems resolved with this newer 2.6.31-6.25
kernel, lets go ahead and mark this Fix Released for now.  However, if
this issue reappears with any future update, please reopen this bug  by
setting the status back to "New".  Thanks!
