[Bug 414678] Re: radeonhd without xorg.conf
"vesa" is a driver that works for (almost) all cards, and has no 2D or
3D acceleration so it is slow, and can not use high screen resolutions.
It is used as a fallback.
You have uninstalled the "ati" and "radeon" drivers. This is not a case
we are interested in, since these drivers are supposed to be installed.
If radeonhd is installed but is not selected, it would be a bug. In no
case an xorg.conf should be needed. Can you please try this and attach
the resulting Xorg.0.log?
