[Bug 418703] [NEW] Busy mouse cursor flickers like mad

Tested on Dell Mini 9, running Karmic Alpha 4 with Desktop Effects
enabled.

When mouse cursor goes into busy (spinner) state, it starts flickering intensely, sometimes even turning into scan lines for split second.
This was a problem in Jaunty, too, in Karmic it seems to have worsen.

I realise this may not be a paper cut, but I'd like to bring this bug to
everyone's attention and am hoping for it being fixable, as it severely
impacts the perceived stability of Ubuntu's UI.
