[Bug 423694] [NEW] session active, not inhibited, screen idle message

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

after coming back to my computer after the screen had blanked, and
waking by wiggling the mouse i spotted a new icon in the notification
panel. mousing over gave the following message.

"Session active, not inhibited, screen idle.
If you can see this text, your display server is broken and you should notify you distributer.
Please see http://blogs.gnome.org/hughsie/2009/08/17/gnome-power-manager-and-blanking-removal-of-bodges/ for more information."

i am running karmic, plus the xorg-edgers PPA.
